Debbie Peterson, SHRM-CP

Debbie Peterson, SHRM-CP, has held various roles throughout their work experience. From 2013 to the present, they have been Senior Vice President, People and Culture at MetroStar. Prior to this position, they were the Chief of Staff at MetroStar from 2018 to 2021. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Marketing Director, overseeing marketing strategies and initiatives for MetroStar Systems. Additionally, they held the position of Marketing Manager from April to December 2015 and was a Proposal Coordinator from December 2013 to April 2015. Before joining MetroStar, Debbie worked as a Litigation Assistant at AJ Park from 2011 to 2012. Their career began in 2008 as an Office Manager at Syracuse Chiropractic, where they worked until 2010.

Debbie Peterson, SHRM-CP, has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a concentration in English - Professional and Technical Writing from Weber State University. Debbie attended Weber State University from 2006 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Layton High School from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their degree, Debbie has also obtained the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2022.
