Elizabeth Ahrens, PMP

Elizabeth Ahrens has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and positions. Elizabeth currently holds the role of Vice President, Operations at MetroStar since January 2022. Previously, they served as Vice President, Health at NetImpact Strategies Inc. from August 2019 to December 2021. Elizabeth also held the role of Vice President of Operations at Emagine IT, Inc. from January 2019 to July 2019. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations at TIAG® from October 2015 to January 2019. Elizabeth worked as a Program Manager/Principal Consultant at Technatomy Corporation from April 2013 to October 2015. Elizabeth also served as a Project Manager at Evoke Research and Consulting, LLC from January 2012 to March 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Strategy & Management Consultant/Project Manager at SRA, a CSRA company (Touchstone Consulting Group) from May 2008 to January 2012, and as a Management Consultant at QED Consulting, LLC from April 2004 to May 2008. Their initial work experience includes working as a Recruiter/HR Business Partner at Covance Laboratories Inc. from July 2000 to April 2004.

Elizabeth Ahrens holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Management, Organizational Development and Change from Marymount University. Elizabeth also completed a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from the same institution. Prior to that, Elizabeth obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Virginia Tech, with a focus on Human Resources and Education, Family and Child Development, and a Human Services Option. In terms of additional certifications, Elizabeth Ahrens earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in August 2012. Elizabeth also received a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in December 2020 from the Project Management Institute.
