Scott Colburn, MBA, PMP, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Scott started their career in 2006 as a Client Services Intern at Huntsworth Health. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Paralegal at Reilly, Janiczek & McDevitt. In 2008, they joined Penn State University as a Cocurricular Programs Manager and stayed with the company until 2014. In 2011, they worked as a Freelance Copywriter at LivingSocial for a year. In 2014, they joined Federal Working Group, Inc. as a Consultant, where they worked until 2015. Since 2015, they have been associated with MetroStar, initially as a Technical Project Manager/Business Analyst and later transitioning to the role of Program Manager in 2018.

Scott Colburn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Pennsylvania State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In 2011, they pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Pennsylvania State University, finishing in 2012.

In addition to their academic achievements, Scott Colburn has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional expertise. Scott became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance in April 2021. In November 2018, they attained the SAFe 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, in October 2016, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
