Patricia Duarte

Patricia Duarte is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and consultancy. Currently serving as the Personnel Committee Chair for the Town of Hopkinton since June 2012, Duarte also holds positions as a Board Member and Governance Committee Chair at the MetroWest YMCA since May 2016. As the CEO and Principal Consultant of Decision Insight, Inc. since March 2003, Duarte has provided private, independent consultancy services. In addition, Duarte works as a Transition Consultant for Third Sector New England, assisting clients in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Network World, Inc. and Vice President of Human Resources at eBusiness Technologies. During a decade-long tenure at Silicon Graphics, Inc., Duarte experienced significant professional growth during the dynamic "dot com" era. Duarte's educational background includes attendance at the University of Cincinnati.
