Han Chung

Han Chung has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. Han started their career as a Network Administrator at Bartron Medical Imaging Inc. from May 2010 to November 2012, where they provided phone support, installed and maintained operating systems, and supported hardware and software.

Han then worked at Yale University School of Medicine as a Desktop Analyst in 2013. Han'sresponsibilities included providing technical support, troubleshooting and maintaining workstations, and performing backup and encryption activities.

From 2013 to 2017, Han Chung joined HB Communications as a System Administrator. In this role, they mentored teammates, acted as an escalation point for day-to-day operations, and led team meetings to review tickets and update procedures.

Han continued their journey at HB Communications as an IT Team Lead from January 2018 to September 2019. During this time, they guided and trained team members, made decisions on daily operations, and conducted weekly team meetings.

Currently, Han Chung is working at Metrum Research Group since September 2019. Han started as a TechOps Specialist and later transitioned to the role of TechOps Systems Administrator I from July 2021 to November 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Support Engineer I.
