Andrea Silva Hewitt

Andrea Silva Hewitt is a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Metso Outotec since October 2020, responsible for facilitating employee integration following a merger, achieving a 12% improvement in satisfaction and engagement survey results, and a 7% reduction in wellness costs. Andrea designed and implemented successful HR programs, including a healthy life initiative recognized for its high employee participation. Prior to Metso Outotec, Andrea served as an HR Business Partner at Outotec and held various roles at Sorepa Holding CMPC, including Commercial Analyst, Marketing and Communications Leader, and Head of Recycling Projects. Andrea holds degrees in Business from Universidad Central and is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management at Ensign College.
