Jarkko Sutinen

Vice President, Procurement, Aggregates at Metso Outotec

Jarkko Sutinen has extensive work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Jarkko is currently serving as the Vice President of Procurement for Aggregates at Metso Outotec since September 2020. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Metso, including Director of Procurement for the Aggregates Equipment Business Area, Head of Procurement for Minerals Finland and Head of Strategic Procurement for Standard Equipments, and Procurement Manager for the MCT Tampere site. Before joining Metso, Sutinen also worked as a Materials Manager and Purchasing Manager for Metso Minerals and held roles at Kalmar Industries Oy Ab and Huurre Group Oy.

Jarkko Sutinen completed their M.Sc. Eng degree in Industrial Economics and Production Engineering from Tampere University of Technology from 1996 to 2002. In 2013, they attended the IMD Business School for the Navigator Program, where they focused on modules such as Managing for Profitable Growth and Leading for Results. Before their university studies, they also attended High School, although specific dates and details are not provided.
