Marcin Róziecki has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Marcin started their career as a Trainee Engineer at ArcelorMittal Flat Carbon Europe in December 2010 and went on to work as a Maintenance Planner, Leader of Technical Department, Specialist for Reheating Furnaces, and Lead User Support at the same company. In June 2018, they joined D.C.A.T. Engineering for Alstom as a Project Manager. Marcin then moved to Alstom as a Project Industrial Manager, where they were responsible for various tasks such as generating saving action plans, leading the Re-Design To Cost program, and analyzing performance. In 2020, they joined Metso Outotec as the Head of Supply and Procurement for Eastern Europe & Turkey. Marcin also briefly worked as a Senior Manager - Value Engineering at Metso Outotec.
Marcin Róziecki received a Master of Engineering degree in Management and Production Engineering from The Silesian University of Technology between 2005 and 2010. Additionally, they hold certifications in AutoCAD and Inventor from Autodesk, as well as FCE from Cambridge English.
