Marjo Kuosmanen

Marjo Kuosmanen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Marjo currently holds the role of VP, HR Services BA at Metso since 2023. Prior to this, they had the same role at Metso Outotec starting from 2022. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Head of HR for Amer Sports Connected Devices and Digital Services, Global ICS, and Suunto. Marjo worked at Heltti as a Board Member from 2019 to 2021. From 2016 to 2019, they took on the role of Chief People Officer and VP at Rovio Entertainment Corporation. Before that, they were the Director of HR for the Games Business Unit at Rovio. Marjo also worked as an HR Manager at UPM-Kymmene and Global HR Manager at Nokia. Marjo'searlier experience includes roles as a Senior HR Consultant, HR Consultant, Senior HR Specialist, and HR Specialist at Nokia. Marjo began their career as a Store Manager at Videofirma Makuuni.

Marjo Kuosmanen holds a Master's degree in Management and Organization from Turku School of Economics. Marjo also has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Accounting from Turku University of Applied Sciences.
