Alisa Shibalova

Alisa Shibalova serves as the Communications and Engagement Specialist at Metso since May 2024, focusing on the Asia Pacific Market Area, including Australia, Indonesia, South-East Asia, and New Zealand. Previously, Alisa held various roles at the Minderoo Foundation from May 2021 to May 2024, including Officer of Engagement and Coordinator of External Affairs and Communications. Concurrently, Alisa worked at Tattarang as Coordinator of External Affairs and Communications from May 2021 to July 2023. Prior experience includes providing executive and strategic support at the Department of the Premier and Cabinet of WA for Minister Alannah MacTiernan from May 2017 to May 2021 and organizing campaigns for UnionsWA from May 2015 to March 2017. Alisa's early experience includes an internship with the Labour Movement Internship Programme and participation in the Global Young Leaders Conference through Envision Experience in 2007. Alisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies and International Relations, as well as Film, Television and Media Studies, from The University of Auckland.
