Johans Aquije Saravia

Johans Aquije Saravia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and manufacturing leadership. Currently serving as Team Leader for Maintenance and Manufacturing at Metso since June 2022, Johans is responsible for overseeing engineering initiatives. Previously, at Laboratorios AC FARMA from January 2021 to January 2022, Johans controlled strategic projects using PMO tools and established key performance indicators for cost and schedule. At Yanbal, from December 2008 to April 2020, Johans held the position of Senior Project Coordinator, focusing on industrialization projects to enhance ergonomics, product quality, and reduce costs, as well as serving as Head of Manufacturing, managing critical manufacturing processes across various product areas. Educational credentials include a Master in Sustainability and Business Innovation from EADA Business School and an MBA from CENTRUM PUCP, complemented by a Licenciado in Chemistry from Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal.
