Joshua Hoffman, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Engineer at Metso since January 2024, Joshua previously held the position of Engineering Manager - Truck Body at Utilimaster from May 2022 to January 2024. Prior to this, Joshua worked at The Manitowoc Company from January 2013 to May 2022, where roles included Engineering Lead for boom truck new product development and Lead Engineer for custom projects and various military initiatives. Beginning as an Engineer I, responsibilities involved making design changes and coordinating solutions for field issues across product lines. Joshua earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown in 2012.
