Pirke Fustinoni

Pirke Fustinoni is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and technology law. Currently serving as an Executive Board Member at EIT RawMaterials since May 2025, Pirke also holds the position of Vice President, Head of IP&Tech Legal at Metso since May 2023. Previously, Pirke was Vice President, Head of IP Legal at both Metso Corporation and Metso Outotec, following a leadership role at Outotec for nearly a decade. Key contributions include chairing the EIT RawMaterials IP Committee from September 2015 to January 2022, and providing consultancy for Technology Transfer and Management. An experienced educator, Pirke has lectured on International Business Law at the European School of Economics Milan. Pirke’s academic credentials include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Helsinki and participation in multiple advanced leadership and sustainability programs.
