Richard Lehmann

Richard Lehmann serves as the Vice President of Plant and Solutions Delivery at Metso since January 2023, previously holding the role of Vice President Delivery for the Hydrometallurgy Business Line. Lehmann's extensive experience includes serving as Consortium Project Director at Metso Outotec, where leadership was provided for the development of a fully integrated gold processing plant in collaboration with Larsen & Toubro. Prior to that, significant project management roles were held at Outotec, managing high-value projects such as the Ma’aden Mansourah & Massarah Gold project and the Al Taweelah Calcination Plant. With a strong foundation in leadership, problem-solving, and operational management, Lehmann has a proven track record in enhancing project profitability and overcoming challenges in complex environments. Educational qualifications include a degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an International Management Diploma from Pforzheim University.
