Kim Symmons

Kim Symmons has a diverse work experience in design and leadership roles. From 2020, they have been the Director of Design and Insights at Mettle, where they previously held the position of Head of Design and also briefly served as Interim CPO. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, Kim was a Director at Kim Symmons Limited. In 2018, they also worked as a Freelance Creative Lead at Idean. From 2015 to 2016, Kim was a Senior Product Designer and Design Team Lead at Google. Before that, they had freelance roles as a UX Lead at QuantumBlack, Head of Design at Automated Knowledge Alliance, and UX Lead at Brilliant Basics "bb". Kim also worked as a Freelance Lead Interaction Designer at The Team Brand Communications Limited and as a Senior Information Architect at Seren Design Ltd. They started their freelance career as a UX Lead at fairpie in 2012.
