Ioannis Paralikas

Ioannis Paralikas is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in industrial engineering, project management, and research and development. Currently serving as the Head of Industrial Engineering at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc, Ioannis plays a key role in the operations leadership team, managing production equipment industrialization and ensuring seamless operations. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager for the development of the world’s first unbreakable pH sensor at Mettler-Toledo and Project Manager R&D at Hilti Group, where Ioannis oversaw manufacturing innovations. With a PhD in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering and multiple certifications from Harvard Business School Online in leadership and management, Ioannis has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, overseeing complex engineering projects, and enhancing production efficiency across various industries.
