Scott Easton

Scott Easton has extensive experience in the food service and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Metz Culinary Management since July 2020. Prior to this role, Scott held various positions at Aramark Higher Education, including Food Service Director and Assistant Director, from July 2013 to July 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Buffalo Wild Wings from March 2011 to April 2013, and as F&B Director at Old Waverly Golf Club from August 2007 to March 2013. Scott began the career at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino as Spa Director in June 2005.
