Desiree Salomon

Desiree Salomon, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Desiree is currently serving as the Vice President of People Operations at MeUndies. Prior to this, they held the position as the Senior Director of Talent and Community Experience at BOND.

Desiree also gained valuable experience as the Director of People and Culture at both The Garcia Companies and Seven Bucks. Desiree previously served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Congruity360.

Before transitioning to HR roles, Desiree worked as the Chief Strategy Officer at KNJ360, where they assisted the CEO in developing and executing corporate strategic initiatives. Desiree also held the position of Director of Human Resources, Marketing, and Compliance at KNJ360.

Desiree started their career as a Marketing Manager at Cumulus Data, Inc., where they successfully managed marketing strategies. Desiree also held positions at BlueStar Case Solutions as a Marketing Manager and eDiscovery Consultant, and at Wind Water Realty Advisers as an Internet Marketing Specialist.

Desiree's early career began as an Assistant Construction Team Coordinator at Related. Throughout their various roles, they have consistently demonstrated their expertise in HR, talent management, and strategic planning.

Desiree Salomon, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan. Desiree is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In addition to their educational background, Desiree has obtained certifications as a Senior Certified Professional from SHRM and as a Certified E-Discovery Specialist from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists.
