Felipe Horta

Felipe Horta's work experience begins in 2019 when they worked as a Summer Job at Astoria Máquinas. Their responsibilities included controlling and planning the lease of coffee machines and conducting market analysis for product expansion.

In 2020, Felipe joined meutudo. as a Data Analyst Intern. Felipe helped the operations team increase the percentage of paid contracts and controlled and documented customer communication journeys.

In 2021, Felipe took on the role of Head de CRM (Sales Force Marketing Cloud)/ Data Analyst/Engineer at meutudo. Felipe installed, integrated, and managed Sales Force Marketing Cloud, configured SSL and SAP domains, constructed customer journeys, and handled data extraction and transformation. Felipe also monitored the development team and coordinated the installation of partner providers of SMS.

Later in 2021, Felipe became a Data Product at meutudo., where they managed the entire data layer within the company. Felipe increased the value of contracts and helped control and maintain production through data analysis and lead selection.

In 2022, Felipe served as a Partner and Data Engineer at meutudo. Felipe migrated automation processes from airflow to PDI, monitored database table migrations, and managed permissions within the database.

Currently, Felipe is working as a CRM Technical at meutudo. Felipe provides technical support, develops and improves CRM systems, and optimizes campaigns using attribution models.

Felipe Horta completed their undergraduate degree in Electronic Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA, starting in 2015 and graduating in 2020. In 2013, they also received a Bronze Medal in Physics from the Olimpíada Brasileira de Física. Additionally, Felipe obtained certifications in Scrum - Gerenciamento de Projetos Ágeis from Dinâmica Treinamentos in October 2019, and Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in October 2019 as well.
