Maria Érica has worked for three companies since 2017. Maria began their career at Distribuidora Cearense de Óculos as an Auxiliar Administrativa. In 2017, they joined Central de Recuperação de Créditos - CRC and held two roles: Supervisora de Operações Digitais and Recuperador de Credito. Since 2022, they have been employed at meutudo. as a Leader of Customer Experience and Quality Control Analyst.

Maria Érica attended Universidade Estadual do Ceará from 2015 to 2021. Maria also obtained certifications in Liderança conectada, OKR and Feedback 2.0 from Pulses in October 2022.
