Mônica Terto has been working in customer service roles since 2011. Mônica began their career as an Agente de Cobrança at Contax in 2011, then moved to Advocacia e Consultoria Rafael Pordeus as an Agente de Atendimento ao Cliente in 2012. In 2017, they joined Vector as an Atendimento ao Cliente, then Multiplay Telecom as a Profissional de Atendimento ao Cliente in 2019. Most recently, they have been a Customer Success Specialist at meutudo. since 2021.

Mônica Terto completed their Gestor de Recursos Humanos degree from Estácio in the field of Gestão de Recursos Humanos between 2015 and 2017.
