Priscilla Nascimento

Priscilla Nascimento has been working in the customer experience field since 2021, when they began their role as Agente Customer Experience Sênior II at meutudo. Prior to this, they worked at YDUQS as Operações Corporativas, Analista II, providing support to 17 educational sites between Wyden and IBMEC in academic and financial matters with analysis of invoices, adjustments of individual and corporate bills, reimbursements, creation of credit notes, process analysis, emails, reports, and interacting with other business areas to ensure quality and agility in deliveries. Priscilla was also a key user, verifying and offering the appropriate treatment to all occurrences that were not resolved by the service team. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Adtalem Global Education as Analista de Back Office II and Analista de Back Office I, managing people using onboarding, engagement, organizational climate survey, online training and development platform, 360° Feedback and individual support, as well as financial adjustments, analysis of debits, creation of credit notes and reimbursements of postgraduate students of all IES of the Adtalem and IBMEC groups in the SAP system via the service center, data changes and feeding in RM Totvs. In 2014, they worked as a Consultora de Admissões - Admissions Consultant at Wyden Educacional and as Assistente de Financeiro II at DeVry Education Group - Fanor, executing customer service tasks, negotiations with delinquent customers according to procedures and goals established by the company's finance area, helping the team with their work, updating the academic information of the students, and providing service for FIES / PROUNI financing. Priscilla also worked as Aux.Tesouraria at Universidade Paulista in 2008 and had international experiences in 2013 to gain personal and professional knowledge.

Priscilla Nascimento has three educational experiences on record.
