Jeffrey Edell has a long and diverse work experience in the entertainment industry. Jeffrey currently serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MeWe since 2021. Before that, they were the Chairman of Ohana Chem Co., LLC starting in 2020.

From 2010, Edell founded and led EDELL PRODUCTIONS, LLC as Chairman and CEO. Jeffrey produced and released the film "Taken for Ransom" which became a Lifetime Cable Premiere.

Since 2011, Edell has been the Chairman and CEO of Edell Ventures, a family office VC Fund that invests in media and technology entities. Jeffrey also served as a board advisor to Wham e-sports gaming network.

In 2011, Edell was the Managing Member and Chairman of Mindbright Productions, LLC, a mobile app and web game universe partnered with Stan Lee and POW! Entertainment.

Jeffrey also taught as a Teaching Professor and Entrepreneur in Residence at Florida State University from 2014 to 2016, where they created proprietary courses in entrepreneurial studies in film and media.

Prior to that, Edell has held executive positions at Inferno Entertainment, DIC Entertainment, and other notable companies in the entertainment industry. Jeffrey has produced and distributed independent motion pictures, managed kids properties and animation content, and owned international cable networks and licensing agencies.

Jeffrey Edell attended the University of Virginia, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the McIntire School of Commerce. Jeffrey then went on to study at Lehigh University, where they excelled academically, ranking in the top 10% of their class and making the Dean's List. Jeffrey's major at Lehigh University was Accounting. Prior to their college education, Jeffrey graduated from Long Branch High School, where they achieved a remarkable accomplishment by ranking in the top 5% of their graduating class.
