Roxana Dragomir

Roxana Dragomir is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and strategic HR initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Engineering at Mews since July 2020, Roxana has implemented software solutions to enhance HR operations and focused on process automation and AI-driven decision-making. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Global People Operations, where operational efficiency and employee engagement were prioritized, and various HR positions at Native Instruments, BoostIT HUB, and AIESEC Bucharest, demonstrating expertise in HRIS implementation, recruitment strategies, and team leadership.
