Terry Brown

Terry Brown is a seasoned engineering and technology leader with extensive experience in driving organizational change and enhancing engineering capabilities across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Mews since September 2023, Terry previously held positions such as Head of Engineering at Doccla and Associate Director of Engineering at Healx, where significant contributions were made to scaling drug discovery pipelines and cultivating high-performance organizational culture. Prior to Healx, Terry led software engineering teams at GSK, delivering digital products and cloud platforms while facilitating transformative initiatives. A development lead at Tombola.co.uk, Terry spearheaded technical overhauls and team development, and earlier roles included managing technical teams and projects in health informatics and software development. Terry holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing for Business from Northumbria University.
