Václav Ryška

Václav Ryška is an experienced engineering manager currently at Mews, where significant accomplishments include establishing a new cross-functional team that grew from 1 to 12 members and successfully delivering multiple projects. Previously served as a backend engineer, utilizing .NET Core, C#, MSSQL, and Azure. Václav also mentors at Plato and Junior Guru, focusing on team workflows, individual skill development, and career navigation in the IT sector. Other roles include teaching Clean Code and software patterns, and developing software for various industries, including experience with artificial intelligence and microservices. Václav holds a PhD in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Computational Mathematics from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava.
