Norman Kolk has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Norman started their career at Creative Dimensions, Inc. in 1997, where they served as a Customer Service Manager. In this role, they managed a customer service/inside sales department and developed relationships with customers and freight companies to ensure timely production and delivery of orders. Norman also established an in-house graphic design/sales support department.
In 2000, Norman joined UPS as an Operations Management Specialist and worked there for 9 years.
In 2011, they joined Trillium Staffing Solutions as a Network Administrator. Norman then worked at LandWorks, Inc. as a System Administrator in 2014, before joining BEMA Information Technologies LLC as a Network Engineer later that year.
Norman Kolk attended Kellogg Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Computer Networking. Norman did not obtain a degree during this time. Additionally, Norman Kolk has attended Davenport University but no specific dates or field of study are provided.
Norman Kolk has also obtained additional certifications throughout their education and career. In May 2014, they obtained a certification called CCA-V from Citrix, and in April 2012, they obtained the MCSA - Server 2008 certification from Microsoft.
