Ritika Agarwal

Ritika Agarwal is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Between April 2022 and August 2023, Ritika served as Lead HR at mewt. Prior experience includes roles at Jumeirah Group as Assistant Manager Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed performance management and senior management recruitment, and Assistant Training Manager, focused on colleague engagement. Ritika was also part of the pre-opening team at Anantara Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa as a Training Officer, and held positions at Doubletree by Hilton Victoria and Hilton as HR Officer and Assistant, respectively, where foundational HR skills were developed.
