Omar Ramirez

Omar Ramirez is an accomplished artist with extensive experience in various artistic and leadership roles. Currently serving as an artist at OGRAMIREZ since 2016, Omar has also been involved with MALDEF as an AIR since November 2010. Previously, Omar held board member positions at HNDP from June 2013 to January 2016 and the Las Vegas Arts Commission from July 2010 to August 2012. As an art instructor at Coral Academy of Science - Las Vegas from August 2009 to October 2010, Omar shared expertise with students. Additionally, Omar served as Vice President of the Board of Directors at Self Help Graphics & Art from April 2004 to August 2006 and started as an artist and artist assistant at SPARC from 1994 to 1996. Omar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Arts from UC Irvine, earned between 1990 and 1995.
