Enrique Rivero Ruenes

Enrique Rivero Ruenes is an experienced culinary and hospitality professional with a diverse background in food and beverage management, consulting, and operations. Currently serving as Gerente Culinario for the Mexico Grand Prix since April 2024, Enrique also provides consulting and training services for ConsulAB since August 2021, focusing on various aspects of the hospitality industry. Previous roles include Gerente de Distrito at Aramark México and Food and Beverage Director at Live Aqua Urban Resort México. Noteworthy achievements include the development and standardization of a recipe book that led to significant cost savings and improvements in inventory management. Enrique has also managed large-scale operations at various venues, including Espacio Virreyes and Grupo Tres Vidas, demonstrating expertise in customer service, public relations, and strategic operations.
