Urs Harnisch

Urs Harnisch is currently working as Entwicklungsingenieur PV Module & Technology Development at Meyer Burger Technology Ltd since September 2017. Prior to this, Urs held positions as Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Empa, Entwicklungsingenieur FE-Simulation at NM Numerical Modelling GmbH, and Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences. Urs has a background in numerische Simulation, with a focus on areas such as 3D-Druck, thermomechanische Auslegung, and multiphysiksimulationen. Urs also has experience as a Konstrukteur at Gilgen Door Systems AG and holds a Dipl. Ing. HTL in Maschinenbau from Berner Fachhochschule.
