Melissa Elder

Melissa Elder has extensive experience in human resources and education, currently serving as the HR Manager/Recruiter at MeySen Academy since February 1998, where responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies and collaborating with managers on hiring initiatives. In addition, Melissa has fulfilled the role of EFL Educator and Seasonal Special Projects Manager, teaching English to elementary-aged children in Japan. Prior experience includes serving as the English Program Manager and Teacher at Kaplan International Programs from March 2002 to February 2005, where Melissa managed instructor recruitment and academic quality. An educational background includes a BA in English Literature from Western Washington University and an Associate of Arts degree from Highline College.
