Adam Bernstein

Adam Bernstein has extensive experience in Intellectual Property law, technology, due-diligence, and licensing. Adam is currently working as the Principal of ATB IPLawyer, PLLC, where they serve as the sole-practitioner and emphasizes their expertise in IP law. In addition to this role, they also act as the General Counsel for Mezocliq LLC, where they handle all legal matters, including IP, contract negotiations, and HR. Prior to this, Adam worked at Altice USA as the VP of Patents & Legal Administration, where they were responsible for all patent matters, litigations, prosecution, counseling, and education. Adam also provided training to the company on IP and managed the software audits. Before Altice USA, Adam worked at Cablevision as the VP of Patents & Legal Administration, handling patent litigations, prosecution matters, counseling, and education. Adam successfully defended against patent trolls, launched patent development programs and oversaw the issuance of the company's first patents. Prior to Cablevision, Adam held positions at CA, Inc. as the Vice President and Senior Counsel handling IP litigations, and at Verizon as the Assistant General Counsel - I.P. and Patent Counsel. Adam also started their career as an Associate Attorney at Hopgood, Calimafde, Kalil & Judlowe and Fish & Neave.

Adam Bernstein's education history includes:
