Frances Dillard

Frances Dillard is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in communications and marketing, currently serving as Chief Communications Officer at Driscoll's since March 2011. In this pioneering role, Dillard leads global corporate communications for the leading fresh berry company, focusing on enhancing trust and reputation across multiple international markets. Prior to this position, Dillard was the Vice President of Marketing at Driscoll's, where significant revenue growth occurred. Dillard is also an active member of Chief, a network of senior executive women, and serves as a Board Director at Mezzetta. Earlier career experiences include key leadership roles at PlayFirst, Disney Consumer Products, LeapFrog, The Learning Company, and Mattel, culminating in a strong foundation in brand strategy and business development.
