Lucie Nicolai has a diverse work experience in various communication and management roles. Lucie started their career as an advisor in communication and cooperation at Rabobank Emmen-Coevorden in September 2006. Lucie later became the team leader of the communication and cooperation department in 2011, where they managed a team of three employees and was responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies. Lucie then joined Certe in May 2014 as a communication manager, where they played a significant role in the merger between the Laboratory for Infectious Diseases and LabNoord. Currently, Lucie holds the position of Chief Corporate Communications & PR Officer at MF Shipping Group, a fast-growing global ship manager with a fleet of 55 ships and approximately 1,250 crew members from 13 different countries.
Lucie Nicolai has a Masterclass in Communication from Masterclass Communicatie. Lucie also completed a C-opleiding at Van der Hilst C. Additionally, they obtained a certification in the Mastercourse Communicatie Scrum from Scrum Company in 2015.
