David Wray

David Wray has over 35 years of work experience. David started their career in 1985 as a Systems Analyst at Kaiser Engineers, followed by a Systems Engineer role at Boeing Computer Support Services in 1987. In 1990, they became a Partner/Consultant at Logical Software Solutions before co-founding iQuest Solutions, Inc. in 1996, where they served as the Executive Vice President until 2001. Wray joined ICOR Partners, LLC in 2002 as their Chief Technology Officer and remained there until 2010, during which they served as the Deputy CIO for the newly established National Nuclear Security Agency (DOE/NNSA), charged with standing up the Office of the CIO. Afterward, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE.COM) as their Chief Technologist for HPE Software Public Sector, where they led business development for US Public Sector Civilian and State and Local clients nationwide. Wray left HPE.COM in 2017 to become the Chief Technology Officer at Micro Focus Government Solutions. David has also recently been employed by MFGS, Inc. since 2021, serving as Strategic Programs for Intel.

David Wray earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland from 1981-1985.
