Subhendu Das

Subhendu Das is a seasoned regional manager with extensive experience in technical management and service delivery. Currently serving as the Regional Manager - Technical at MFI Document Solutions Limited since April 2005, Subhendu manages a team of 250 field engineers and supervisors across 14 Sub-Saharan countries, overseeing team management, training, vendor management, recruitment, service policy implementation, pricing strategies, project design, and pre-sales support. Previously, Subhendu held the position of Technical Manager within the same company, leading after-sales service delivery with a team of 40 engineers. Subhendu's career also includes roles as an Area Service Officer at Eureka Forbes Ltd and a Senior Customer Engineer at Xerox India, promoting logistics, database handling, and service deliverables.
