MFP Automation Engineering
Matt Barnaby is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in systems design and production engineering. Currently serving as a Systems Design Engineer at MFP Automation Engineering since January 2020, Matt previously worked as a Production Engineer at LG Chem Power Inc. from April 2015 to December 2019, and as a Test Engineer at Eaton from October 2013 to April 2015, where responsibilities included planning and implementing tests for product performance. Early in the career, Matt held a Design Engineer Co-op position at DOER Center and contributed as a Show Host for the podcast Binary Opposition. Additional roles included a Property Management Intern at CB Richard Ellis and various positions in customer service and administration. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Grand Valley State University and an Associate degree in Arts from Grand Rapids Community College.
