Assumpta has more than 7 years of overall experience in mobile money compliance, Account management and administration duties. She is responsible for after-sale customer account management, Customer KYC and Compliance and Liaising with customers and partner at MFS Africa. Some of her career highlights include collecting/filing customer registration documents to make sure MFS Africa works with legit partners and customers. She is also the face of the company while interacting with customers on the new products and services. Mobile Money Administrator at MTN Uganda, where she was responsible for furnished compliance and proper storage of KYC. Assumpta has been in charge of updating customers on the missing and newly introduced kyc on the lists. She previoulsy worked at Higher Education Students Financing Board (HESFEB) where was responsible for data entry and management of the designated accounts in the system. She holds a bachelor’s degree of Science in Accounting and Finance from Kyambogo University with a continuing professional course as a certified Public Accountant, Uganda.
