Rebecca Noyes

Rebecca Noyes works as the Group Financial Controller in the Finance & Administration team where she enjoys working with outcome-driven people and learning from them. She is passionate about driving company efficiency through improved operational structures, data-driven decision-making, transparency, and equipping teams to be effective. Rebecca holds an MBA from INSEAD and brings 10 years of experience in financial services to the team. She has worked in the US, Kenya (covering East Africa), and DRC. Her roles have ranged from producing financial data and supporting financial planning and analysis; serving as a country CFO in DRC; and, most recently, regional CFO for East Africa, working with country CFOs in 6 countries to strengthen their finance departments. She is an American, born and raised in DRC, currently living in Nairobi, Kenya with her husband. She loves travelling, the outdoors, listening to and playing music, reading, and sharing food with friends.
