Yacouba Kamisokko

Yacouba is a Partner Support Service Manager at MFS Africa, leads a team of advisors to exceed customer expectations on a digital platform. He started his journey with the company in 2015 as a Partner support Analyst then progressively moved to Team lead MNO and Banks. He holds a BSC Degree in Information Technology Management from RGIT, a certificate in Digital Money, a qualified Assessor, and Moderator with MICTseta. Proud to join MFS Africa, Yacouba enjoys resolving complex technical customer inquiries.

He is fluent in English, French, and Bambara.
