Neil Jacobson

Neil Jacobson is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and operations. Currently serving as Vice President and Director of Regulatory Compliance at MFS Investment Management since February 2004, Neil leads global regulatory change management efforts and oversees the implementation of new regulatory matters. Previous roles at MFS include Vice President in various compliance capacities where Neil developed firm-wide strategies and technology solutions for regulatory tracking and sales practices oversight. Prior to MFS, Neil held the position of Assistant Vice President/Compliance Officer at Allmerica Financial, focusing on compliance initiatives and training, and served as Senior Risk/Compliance Manager at Fidelity Investments, specializing in product development and electronic initiatives. Neil holds a JD from Boston College Law School and a BA in History from Brandeis University.
