Natalie Hampton

Natalie Hampton has extensive experience in client services and operational management within the financial sector, highlighted by a long tenure at M&G Investments since April 1992. In various leadership roles including Head of Transfer Agent Service Management and Head of Client Services Operations, Natalie has successfully managed teams and overseen business-as-usual and project processes. Past positions also include assisting with operational support and client communications, complemented by early roles in administration and customer service at Woolwich, Nationwide Building Society, and Ipswich Borough Council. Natalie's foundational education was completed at the School of Jesus & Mary and Farlingaye Sixth Form.
