Everett Sorrells

Everett Sorrells is a seasoned software engineer currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at TRANZACT since February 2020, specializing in backend web development with cloud solutions such as Azure and AWS. With experience as a full-stack Umbraco developer, Everett utilizes languages including C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS while ensuring security and stability for over 30 websites. Previously, Everett was a Software Engineer at SoftPro from May 2016 to September 2019, focusing on R&D for cloud developments, and managed various technologies including C#, Azure DevOps, and RESTful APIs. Earlier experience as an Application Developer at the Louisiana Department of Health involved migrating legacy systems to modern applications, and work at Instant Diagnostic Systems included developing CRM software with a commitment to Agile project management. Everett holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, obtained in 2014.
