Adam Farmer

Adam Farmer has been the Employment Services Manager at My Gateway since 2004, overseeing the Group Training Organisation (GTO) and managing the recruitment and employment of apprentices and trainees across various industries, including office administration, financial services, construction, and engineering. Prior to this role, Adam served as a Field Officer, focusing on recruiting and retaining apprentices in multiple sectors while promoting trade careers to school leavers. Adam's earlier experience includes working as an Employment Consultant at CRS Australia from 2000 to 2004, where support was provided to jobseekers in the vocational rehabilitation industry. Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Marketing from the University of Wollongong and a Diploma in Human Resources from TAFE NSW.
