Javier Buscaglia-Pesquera

Javier B. is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in various leadership and management roles. Currently serving as Associate Principal and Studio Leader at MG2 Design since July 2021, Javier previously held multiple positions at HOK from August 2015 to July 2021, including Project Manager, Director of Operations for Interiors, Associate, and Project Architect. Earlier in the career, Javier worked as a Project Architect at Brininstool + Lynch, Ltd. and as a Project Manager at John Joyce Architects. Initial experience includes an internship at smartDESIGN and an internship at John Joyce Architects. Javier B. earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a Minor in Construction Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology between 2008 and 2013.
