Thanh Tran

Thanh Tran, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Currently, Thanh serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at MGA Entertainment. Prior to this, Thanh worked as the Human Resources Director at Ontic from October 2019 to April 2022. Additionally, Thanh held positions as a Senior Human Resources Leader at Sensata Technologies from February 2018 to October 2019, a Senior Human Resources Manager at ITT Inc. from February 2017 to November 2017, and a Human Resources Divisional Manager II at Rexnord Aerospace from February 2015 to February 2017. Thanh's experience also includes working as a Human Resources Manager at UTC Aerospace Systems from February 2012 to February 2015.

Thanh Tran, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development (MSOD) from the University of San Francisco. Prior to that, Thanh obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara. In addition to their educational background, Thanh also holds several certifications, including Professional in Human Resources, California Certification (PHR-CA) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
