José Quezada

José Quezada is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network operations and system administration. Currently serving as a NOC Analyst at mGage since December 2019, José focuses on ensuring smooth network operations through system issue analysis and outage management. Previously, José worked as a System Administrator at F2TC from August 2016 to December 2018, handling server administration tasks and monitoring datacenter health, and also held the position of NOC Operator at the same company. Additional experience includes a role as IT Technical Support at capycon in 2016, providing end-user support for hardware and software issues. José holds a Tecnologo degree in Information Networks from ITLA and has attended Domínico Americano School.
