Joyce Villabroza

Joyce Villabroza, CSSBB, currently serves as the HRIS & Analytics Manager at Meralco PowerGen (MGEN) since September 2024. Prior to this role, Joyce held various positions at Sun Life from September 2014 to September 2024, culminating in the role of Total Rewards & HR Analytics Manager, and significantly contributed to compensation and benefits planning, HR analytics, and project management related to benefits programs. Joyce's earlier experience includes serving as the Compensation & Benefits Lead at Reed Elsevier, where responsibilities encompassed payroll administration and overseeing compensation programs, and as an Intermediate Compensation & Benefits Analyst at GXS. Joyce began a career in HR at Manulife Financial, demonstrating expertise in HRMS and payroll processing, and has held various HR roles in recruitment and administrative support at previous organizations. Joyce earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ateneo de Naga University.
