Deena Callahan

Deena Callahan is the current Human Resources Director at MGH. Deena has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, and has held senior positions at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Lonza (Cambrex/BSCP), and Alba Therapeutics.

Deena has a proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that support organizational goals and objectives. Deena is a strong advocate for employee development and engagement, and has been instrumental in creating positive work environments at all of their previous companies.

Deena is a highly respected HR leader, and their experience and expertise are invaluable assets to MGH.

Deena Callahan received their BS in Psychology/Business Administration from Towson University. Deena then went on to receive their MS in Human Resources from the same school.

Deena Callahan reports to Jane Goldstrom, President, Media Director. They work with Mike Skandalis - EVP, Planning Director, Shelley Welsh - EVP, CFO.
